Ian graduated in photography at the Ryerson Institute of Technology in Toronto in 1950. He has worked in various aspects of photography for the television and movie industry. For the last 25 years he has specialized in architectural and interior photography for magazines. Now retired he has found British Columbia rich in subject matter for the black and white medium.
